Adding Payment Options to a website

Hi, I need help in figuring out how to setup the following payment methods on a website (I would need a write-up explaining step by step on how to set these up and all the charges involved)-> 1) Credit Card - What all has to be done to set this up? Are there any fees that have to be paid upfront?If I need a Merchant account, then what is the process to set one up? How long does it take to do that and is there any fee involved? 2) PayPal - I believe this should be easier than point (1) but still I need detailed instructions on the steps to be followed. 3) MoneyBookers - [login to view URL] Does any of the payment methods above require some time to be setup because we have to wait on some external agency to authorize our account/services? If so, then please also mention how long it takes and what all information would have to be provided to them. Detailed information would be required. Also if the instructions could include some ASP.NET related code snippets then that would be appreciated (not mandatory, but a bonus could be paid for that). Some of you might already be having write-ups to help with it, and I can do with those as well if they describe the process well enough, doesn't necessarily have to be an original write-up written for me, as long as it explains in a clear manner, I'm good.
