Hello, I have a lot of experience doing software like this. I will create for you the following. 1) C++ software that contains an embedded version of the Webkit HTML rendering engine, I will give you both the sourcecode and an executable for this. 2) An NSIS installer script to generate installers containing the above executable and desired HTML files, I will give you the script for this installer as well as a sample installer generated using it. 3) A 'folder' containing all of the above as well as a 'script' that can be run, the script will allow you to generate as many customer installers like this as you would want. If you would like we can also look at some optional 'advanced' functionality, such as storing all the HTML in an encrypted archive that the user can't modify/access (This is only if you need such funcitonality however)
