Customization Magento Airhotel Script by Apptha - repost

We bought the Airhotel Script (for Magento) by [url removed, login to view] and need customization.

I look forward to an offer (costs and timeline) for the following tasks:

1. concerning the calender function - most of our hosts cannot guarantee the actuality of availability (because they're listed on several sites). So we need a function to request the wished date. Only after confirmation should be the next steps to checkout (like on the original airbnb site).

So when a user want to book a property it should not appear the book it now button, instead there should be an option to ask for the availability of the property to the property owner using a request button. When the user clicks the button it will send a message in the inbox and also notification message to the host email id. The host should be able to view the details in the inbox section and to give approve or decline the request. If approved the vice verse message will send to the guest who has requested, and now the user can book the property using a link in the message.

2. adding category drop down menus in the menu bar. The category drop down menu should display the list of all the categories that are created in the admin panel. Categories also should be used for filtering the search further based on selected category.

3. Script is not using the magento search. It uses a customer search by search using the location of the properties and few properties as filter. Additional we need to implement the entire search field, used by magento, to search in description text, search for categories, countries, cities and other attributes (like it is also possible in a normal magento installation)

4. Airhotel Script by Apptha allows only setting special price for particular days, but not for weekdays & weekend. We need a possibility to set for each property different prices for recurring days (like friday and saturday) and also for different seasons (summer, winter - high-season, off-season). Season-dates (from... to...) should be fixable for each property individually.

I would appreciate an offer with cost and time information for the whole Project or for each task.

After satisfactory completion we are further interested in a long-term cooperation.
