I have a Joomla rt novus template modified to use the customer's design. The result has CSS positioning issues and browser incompatibilities. Freelance job is to clean up site for FF, IE and Safari. Secondarily beautify any ugly chunky items (run it by me before changing though). Skills are Joomla template, css, html, xhtml, cross browser tweaks, aesthetic skill. Specific examples of these skills will help me choose you over other candidates.
