Cross grid project, LSL scripting highly preferred

As many out there may know Linden labs creation, second life, has been a thriving virtual world for several years now with membership continually growing. Now that other developers have begun work on their own Grid software such as Aurora sim and Opensim and the like a new field is beginning to open for those who are interested in software development and scripting. The Crystallarium project is one conceived of by Sera Marx of New Zealand and will be a detailed and involving project requiring developers to have skill in LSL, the linden scripting language for secondlife and PHP scripting at the very least, C# experience would be beneficial and HTML design skill would be excellent. The full details of this project will not be disclosed except to the successful applicant but a small amount of information will follow. This Project is currently split into three sections, a 'trading card game' type system to be implemented in secondlife but all crystal statistics and elemental profiles, along with all other values will need to be hosted off grid and stored in a database. By moving the database off grid the demand on Secondlifes servers is diminished and we can then use the same database to send information to other grids to implement the features of the card game there.. A 'payment system' will also become part of the Crystallarium project. Many of you may already be aware of the "Linden dollars" already implemented as part of Secondlife, using these in world dollars members can purchase clothing, animations, and other attachments and upgrades for their avatars, Linden dollars however do have their drawbacks as well, by giving each crystal a value one can trade crystals for goods using specially scripted devices or trade in those crystals for Linden dollars, people would begin to use this system for a number of different reasons, first, as rezzable objects the crystals can actually be viewed in world, used as decoration or simply showing off to friends or merchants, secondly with these crystals also able to be used in the 'trading card game' and the 'combat system' (see below) purchasing and trading with these crystals has a number of payoffs beyond a simple currency. Finally the 'Combat system' is a tool to enhance roleplay and combat, by using specially designed objects Crystals can be infused into weapons and armour designed by armour makers and weapon designers in world, giving these items additional stats and improvements, being able to use these crystals for magic and skills also allows the players to find a use for the crystals beyond a card game or simple currency, those skilled at the card game may use their wins to improve their crystals, then infuse those crystals into their weapons and armour to improve them! As you can see the interrelation of this project can be difficult, but the value of such a project is easy to see. As I mentioned above this project will be complex, but it will also allow those who work on it to make a name for themselves in a competitive market.
