C++ program in phases

I am sending this project to a few of you that I have worked with before. As you can see from the attached files, all of the requirements, design docs, & header files are done. It has to be done in phases and the order in which that has to be done is also included. The first phase must be done by this Saturday (It is not very hard). I would prefer for one of you to do this program because I have forever been so impressed with your work. Please look over the requirements soon. Since the first phase is due so quickly I will probably choose whoever responds the fastest.
