I need a contact management database that can be installed onto a pc or server, be shared via users logins, the database needs to have the following:
fields for data entry such as:
first name
last name
company name
address line 1
address line 2
town
county
postcode (this one needs to link to google maps)
contact number office
contact number other
email address
website address
I need to be able to add groups then add contacts in those groups.
I also need to be able to import from excel, .xls or csv
I need to be able to export to .csv, excel
I need to be able to back it up on a regular basis
There needs to be a notes section.
The ability to add custom fields should I need them
I need to be able to track who did what i.e. see what a user did to what record and when via a log or reports section
I need the ability to be able to print any or selected or all records
I need to be able to search records by anything, name, group, company etc etc
