you dont have to really create an application. Just create a installer uninstaller system tray icon and when you click on exe it opens a page. Let me tell you in detail here : I am running a chat room on my website, now i wanted to create an application which will be installed on all types of systems (.exe) you dont have to create chat application all you have to do is create exe file which opens webpage from (url) and which has installer and uninstaller included and in system tray icon i wanted to show number of users logged into chat.
