add 2 link in menu and compile c++ project

need 2 links added to the main menu in torrent client written in c++ 1 is to open mirc and the other is to open winamp both should open and connect to servers that will be specified when bid is accepted. as well project needs to be compiled to run in windows. project is ready to be compiled and will be given in this state all that needs to be done is links added and run the compiler. project is based on halite torrent client and uses libtorrent and boost. as stated it is in a ready to compile state. so this should be an easy job. also needs to be renamed from tm-torque alpha 3 to alpha4 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
