DirectShow broadcast video/audio

I want create a program include source code that use directshow and window media format sdk to capture video from web cam and audio from microphone and broadcast the video/audio. Actually, I already write a program capture video from web cam and save to wmv and broadcasting in same time. but I need a program do not write to wmv file (do not need write to hard disk)when broadcasting the video/audio. the program not require select a number of video/audio source, default video source must web cam. I think you can create capture graph and create call-back sample grabber, and use IWMWriter::WriteSample to write the sample. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. You must use directshow and window media format sdk to do the program. When broadcast the video/audio, the user can use media player open url command to connect the program and view the broadcast video and audio. ## Platform window xp/2000
