CD/DVD Burning dll

I am looking for someone to develop a dll to burn CDs and DVDs. The dll must be coded with C++ and I will also need a sample (simple application) in VB to show how to use this. All functions must work even the events when running it from VB 6.0. Must work with CDs and DVDs. Please see the attachment for more details. The attachments would show the methods, properties and events needed. All events need to be shown properly. Let me know if you have any questions.

## Deliverables

1. The compiled dll and the source code for the dll in C++

2. The sample VB application to show how its used (source code only)

3. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4. No third party controls.
