Create Download Acceleration Program

This is being posted by a RAC facilitator: **The deadline for completion is 9/30 (as both parties agreed) not 10/06. ** Hello Everyone, I would like someone to develop a download acceleration program per the guidelines in the attached document. Please read this document over carefully and if you would like to do this task, please make a bid. The maximum bid for this project is $250. Thanks in advance, David Gill P.S. A quick side note about the 100% non-action ratio. That was for a few Visual Basic routines that I later decided that I didn't need/want. I have full intentions, however, of proceeding with this project. It will not be cancelled. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All 32-bit versions of Windows. Right-click menu needs to work in Internet Explorer 5+.
