Courier dispatch system

We need a large courier system for our firm here in denmark, the following text describes what the system is about: The system should be easy to use, work both trough the internet and via a windows app . We have looked at several systems from the us, for example [[login to view URL]][1] . we would like our system to work the same way, but we need som extra options : 2way messenging ( the courier should be able to write messages directly from this or her cell phone to the dispatcher Import of adresses from access / exel and so on. A function ( like microsoft autoroute ), where i can import for example 100 street adresses and after that, the system sorts them, to get the shortest route Multilangual support, as we plan to sell the system to other couriers. But take a look at the digital waybill system, and try to estimate what it would cost me to get a similar system.
