Check-in system PBX-SW Application

The Check-in System is to be designed for assisted living facilities in the healthcare industry where residents of the facility each have an independant unit (like an apartment) and are free to come and go about the facility anytime. The facilities have a need to be sure all residents are accounted for by a certian time or times of the day. This is to be done by interfacing a software application via a Dialogic card to the facilities existing PBX that uses analog phones. The software will become a dialer and will respond to DTMF input from the dialed phone (based on prompts to the resident) and act accordingly. All activity is recorded to an activity database. Use must have experience writing software that interfaces with a PBX (any PBX) via a Dialogic card. Possibly IVR experience, though we are only using DTMF response in this case which is easier. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux for server if possible(otherwise Windows 2000). Windows XP, XP Pro, 2000 or Vista for clients. This is a web application.
