BREW port of C Media Player(repost)

Straight forward BREW port of our C coded Media Player. Project requires an NDA, and rights to the code. A successful port will likely lead to 'ownership' of additional work. Phase one has the player functioning as our current players work for other OS's. The only difference is that phase one will utilize the built in hardware decoders (MP3, MPEG-4). The focus on phase one is functionality. Phase two has the porting of our internally developed codecs to work if any hardware codecs are not present. Please ONLY serious BREW developers that have extensive Audio and Video backrounds in BREW with all the proper hardware and testing means should bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform BREW
