AIR Desktop app to capture screen and webcam

Good day, I would like to build a small app for the desktop to record the screen and the webcam, so the user can stream his face and his screen at the same time using Red5 Media Server. I currently have the stream for the webcam using Red5 Media Server, Flex and Flash. This app will connect to the same online app to stream the webcam and the desktop.
