AES Encryption/Decryption Project

This project must be a c## project which accepts a serial string and encrypts it using AES encryption ss per the attached file. It will talk to a proprietary controller over ethernet. You don't need to worry about the ethernet control. I just need the encryption/decryption program written according to the attached protocol guide. The end result should be as follows. I send a raw serial string to this program. This program should handle all the necessary encoding/decoding info and establising a session with the controller. The controller responds and again this program reverses the process leaving me with raw unencoded serial data. For this project you can use a text file or screen for input and output to test the validity of your code as you will not have access to the controller. See attached protocol guide. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) and complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform This needs to be a c# program. It will run under a proprietary system. I will convert any necessary code.
