Browser Strategy Game clone and integrated in UCH(script like facebook)

We are looking for a development partner to create a browser based real time strategy game. I intend to create a game close to ikariam regarding functionality and gameplay , but different in many aspects , so i don't aspect a clone .Especially, I want to make the api interface to UCH(open source SNS)!It means that any one use UCH can apply account to integrated my game in their UCH club,and I can give them the money when the users buy my web game's coin in their UCH!
