Custom CloudWatch Dashboard

Create a custom AWS Cloudwatch metrics Dashboard with dynamic graphs that update automatically every 5 minutes. Needs to show several individual ELB Request Count and Latency, Several separate RDS CPU graphs, at least two separate sets of graphs for two separate Auto Scaling Groups. Would be ideal to have multiple users, that can have different items they want to have on their own dashboard. We currently use the AWS Cloudwatch Dashboard, and find it cumbersome to use and not multi-user friendly for one account. We also use Ylastic, which is better, but still not exactly what we want. Must have easy to read graphs that are small enough to put many on one page, but still easy to see the status. Must have visible alarms. Must be able to send email alerts when alarm is triggered.
