A pro to access my ASPX based website's database and import from one specific table all the content into an excel sheet

I have an .aspx driven website. I need a GENIUS programmer to build a fast page in my website that will have an EXPORT TO EXCEL option for my subscribers database. I don't know which table consists of the members, that I need YOU to find out. You'll get an access account to my website, and from there on it's all up to you: To figure out the database, to build a page that will ask me for a secret code and once I type this secret code - it will export all my database into a format which is readable by Excel (TXT tab delimited is fine too, or CSV) Ok, again - I need to access a page (e.g. [login to view URL]) where i'll be asked to enter a password (to protect others from accessing the database) and then press an EXPORT button.
