A portal website that sells the company's own products but others can sell their products on this site as well(repost)

Hi PHP or Java preferred. I'm looking for a solution such as the one below for the project. A pre-existing software that can be used to create this site. Customer (Me) can sell my products. (health products) But, if others (sellers) wants to sell on my site, they (seller) can simply signup and sell on my site. There will be a "Sellers Tool to help them setup). The seller takes care of THEIR product shipping but the payment goes to customer (me) and I pay the seller their profits through the site of course). *please note The buyer rates the seller. Like [login to view URL] "your store" - The concept site is like buy or sell site, but I can also sell my own products. Please ask if you have any questions. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
