asp.net changes in a project

Change an html table actually db generated on my server, to a remote html static version uploaded on a client ftp (the ftp module to upload is already existing). Then i need to choice which coloumn to create (one for each client). and upload also an swf audio player. There are some other little issue to understand that will be disucssed when the work will start. --------- We have a system which uses MS SQL Server database. You need to analyze current system and develop a solution which can check for new records in database and create html file on the fly and upload it and some other files related to those records on a server using ftp information. The html file would have a table which will show well formatted records, the formatting includes pagination. There may be more than one html files as records per html file would be constant as it may be 10 or 20 or 30 depending on some setting. Each separate html page should be linked to each other according to pagination. Example: If we have 30 records and each html files should have 10 records per page then all html should be like this: [url removed, login to view] - 10 records [url removed, login to view] - 10 records [url removed, login to view] - 10 records [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] should have paging (pagination) link so that user can navigate to back and forth etc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
