DirectShow Filter

Please read the attached document before reading this. We need the source filter, that would support the following file types (for encryption and on-the-fly decryption/playback and also entire file decryption capability): Video: AVI, MPG, MPEG, OGG Audio:MP3, OGG, WMA We need the full file encryption / decryption API to be provided as a dll file, which could be attached to the .NET framework 2.0 application and used from there with full functionality (except playback). We need the encryption to be AES 128 bit . And during playback the decrypted file should not be located to the disk, but decryption must be on the fly. We need pausing/stopping/scrolling capabilities. The filter should be usable from within the media player ActiveX component found in Visual Studio. The way to pass the decryption key (with which the file was encrypted) can be chosen by you. We need a list of all dependencies for the filters (like codecs or just dlls), so that we know what is needed in order to install on a clean windows system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
