Develop SQL Server stored procedure

The current way used to retrieve the information for the report is very inefficient and we would like to find someone to add a stored function in SQL Server to speed up the report retrieval. ## Deliverables Site to be modified can be found at [login to view URL] (only works in IE) login: admin@[login to view URL] password: password To reach the User History Report expand Reports in the left hand menu and select User Activity Report.? Select a user and a date range.? (Currently the test site doesn't have any data past April) When the report is run it loads very slowly.? We need a stored procedure added to our server that will perform the same functions but more efficiently.? The ASP file(s) used to run the search right now need to be modified as well so that they run the procedure and no longer contain the code of the old cursor.
