I am looking for someone to create a ecommerce site for custom apparel. My site will sell both blank and custom apparel. I will need a design studio where users can upload or use one of my images, add text, colors, etc... The site will need to offer a quoting system that allows uses to add imprint colors and get quotes based on those factors. Pricing will depend on quantity breaks. I need a group ordering area for customer to send group accounts and offer them the choice to order from there. My current developer is has not finished the website in 6 months and I need it done ASAP.
