Dating website and facebook app.

I'm wanting a dating website built,but it wont be like most dating websites,it will only store email addresses and maybe ph numbers and mailing addresses,it will be more of a communication type of site,the site must be able to send emails,text mails,and integrate on a facebook app,there will only be probably five or so pages for this site,it will not need to display pictures for members,etc,it will need to have a member and sign up area that is very simple and it will need to have an area to choose some pre-made wordings that can be sent via text,email or facebook to a person,it will need to have a picture area where people can send a picture as [login to view URL] site will need to be web optimized so NO wordpress sites,NO joomla sites. the site will need a payment integration from paypal on it to charge a $1.50 USD to the users,I want a phone app for this site as well for the I phone,droid and [login to view URL] apps will basically be a simple version of the same website since the site will be simple,the site doesnt have to collect age,height,likes ,etc,like most dating websites have. I want he site to look very simple like the [login to view URL] website,I dont want a bunch of artwork etc in the site,no flash,maybe a animated gif if that.
