Dating script with full admin control subscription options

Regardless of the type of dating script, I want to control things such as: * What user can and can not do as a free member * Credit, point system where user will need to purchase credits to do things like: chat, leave voice message, send a real email to other members. * Want to be able to create package deals using credit system. * Will Need paypal intergration * Private or public options for users with security questions * Panic button that user viewing the site can press and quickly goto different website. * Ads in emails * Option to view site emails * Auto send user pic and brief profile info with a profile id number to everyone in users desired location. * Send mass email option to all users or selected users * Also want option of audio voice recording and video. All using membership paid credits and in admin have option to make these options free for certain periods of time for promo purposes. Also, enable admin to chose pic sizes, audio and video upload size and format. * Turn on and off evvery feature offered by the site and be able to have faded buttons show for none paid users and show these same buttons as on for those who have paid memberships. * Want dating advice/news section * When user signs up, want email verification link sent then direct user to steps to creating their profiles. Have a non completed profile message each time user logs on to remind them that they get better results with filled out profiles. * Send auto welcome email to every new user from admin and have where admin can change welcome message anytime with text and html. * Allow user to search for affairs in their area at anytime using location, distance, online now, logged in within certain times or dates and paid members and non paid members * Allow the form creations to happen from admin panel for things such as profile questions and answers, interests questions and answers, signup, ect. Best if these forms can be managed in admin where i can alter the html part of the forms. all of them * Need lots of security, identity protection for users so their spouses, boy friends, girlfriends will be very difficult to identify them as a non paid user. * Control which features will require x credits to use and have script auto calculate how many credits a user has used and what they used them on, how many credits they need to use certain features of communication and how many credits they currently have. When user wants to use a feature that requires credits, auto direct them to a buy credits form which displays package prices and individule credit prices. to be configured in admin. * Use info new member enters into forms like location + distance + answers + what they seek in others + perfect match questions and all other questionaires to be matched by percentages closest to match and have profile of those matches emailed to users and displayed at the bottom of each of their pages so they can click on their match profile and go straight to match profile. * Winks, crushes, innitiate chat links, i'm interested in you link, send audio, send video, look at my profile, and send me gifts links. All needs full config control in admin to turn on or off and to offer for credits or free. If winks, crushes, chat requests, email innitiates are free, an email will be sent to that user stating " Someone interested in you, wants to go to the next step " this can be changed to say whatever in admin section. Basically want to use and compare all user's info to get their matches and send to all matches. * Affiliates section * Ad sections * Needs unique style and look with a dating type website feeling * Need a way to control what members put in their profiles like contact info on free accounts. This needs monitored from admin. * Need a auto profile pic to display if no user profile pic is uploaded. Also, allow user to display profile pic in private gallery where permission to view is required by owner of pic. Or to display their uploaded profile pic can be public.
