I am looking for a Java (JDE) Developer with knowledge of .Net enviroment as well. Using a Blackberry 8700 connected to a barcode scanner, I would like to capture the data from a barcode, display it on the blackberry screen, save it and send it wirelessly to a web portal via Http protocol or xml. The application will also allow for keyboard input in the form of a note field and provide a survey/questionaire to append answers to the scanned barcode data. I will provide the drivers for the scanner as well as a sample application. ## Deliverables A desktop application or a website application to create a "Configuration" file for the blackberry firmware to read first before it starts reading barcodes needs to be created. Since each barcode may differ in the number of fields it will contain and the field separator it has, the configuration file will have such info to enable the blackberry firmware to read and parse the barcode data.
