**Project description**

We'd like to migrate our existing (test website) to our DNN environment. The current website is built in ASP and hosted on IIS. The website should look exactly the same as our existing website, with the exception of one page (details described below).

## Deliverables

**Project details**

There is one page (contact) which contains a nonfunctional contact form. This page needs a few small changes, and then needs to be made functional, with the form data being emailed to <info@[login to view URL]>, and a confirmation sent to the user who submitted the form.

The 'from' address should be 'info@[login to view URL]'.

To see the changes needed in this contact form, see our current contact form on our live website: <[login to view URL]>

The differences are that the DNN contact form should have three checkboxes added, and one text field should be changed to two radio buttons (man / vrouw).

Also, once the form is submitted, a page should appear displaying the text: An email has been sent to [the email address the user entered in the email text field].

The site is in Dutch, so we will change this text later.

Visitors should not see any link to an admin login page.

The admin login page should only appear if someone uses the url: [[login to view URL]][1] (domain name will later be changed to [[login to view URL]][2]).

The admin should be able to change text on the website.

In order to get form data emailing function working, we will need some advice from vworker (configuration, relay settings, spf record etc).

DNN site is hosted at [[login to view URL]][3]. Current default DNN site can be viewed at [[login to view URL]][4] .

A zipfile with a copy of the entire [login to view URL] website is attached.

**Deliverables**

Vworker will receive admin login to our DNN site.

DNN site should look exactly like [[login to view URL]][5], with the exception of the contact page.

DNN site should have an Admin login page <[login to view URL]>

Vworker gives advice on how to change the domain name of this site from [[login to view URL]][4] to [[login to view URL]][2] (we can change dns records ourselves).

Vworker delivers a Word document with documentation, describing what he has done to get the site into DNN.
