Convert PHP Forms To ASP Forms

I currently have 10 forms based in php that are on php web pages I created. Each PHP form has about 10-15 fields. I need the same 10 forms, same fields, required fields, drop downs, etc. all the same but translated over to ASP code so I can have exact same pages but in ASP. I can provide the URL and FTP information for the existing site. We will need this to be completed by April 17th, Friday. I can setup hosting for ASP when forms are ready.
