Convert Access 2003 files to 2007 Excel files with ADO in Active Server Pages (classic)

Web site uses FrontPage 2003 with Microsoft IIS and has a database in Microsoft Access 2003. We need an option to automatically (under program control and by running an active server page, VBscript), export one or more tables and/or queries from the database and add them to a Microsoft Excel (2003) .xls file. Routine to be a subroutine called TransferDB(ObjectsToExport). Field names from the access database should become row 1 of the excel file and then the column names.
