Build New online email server administration system

We would like to get a mail server administration system build for hMail Server that will directly utilize the hmail server database. 2 Versions are required: 1 standalone with licencing and hMail Server bundled (for Market) 1 Hosted solution installed via Microsoft Web Platform Installer to sit on current production hosting environment (Internal) ## Deliverables The email server administration system must create accounts automatically when a new domain and account is added to hMail Server. The accounts maybe added either directly via hMail server, via WebsitePanel (formerly known as DotNetPanel) or via the online administration system. The standalone version of this system must be installable on windows server 2003 + during the install process the user must agree with licensing terms, then step through the process of installing hMail Server (installer to silently install hMail server) all hMail server settings are to be setup during the install process, once the hMail server is installed the web based admin system is to be installed (in iis) and the system is to directly tethered with hMail server. We require similar functionality as what is seen in smarter mail including reporting, admin settings, domain settings, domain based spam settings (default to hMail's global settings with domain override option), Global Spam Management and all other hMail options, tools and settings.
