Basic Car Site Solution(repost)

We have several car dealer customers. We'd like to create a fairly straightforward solution that would allow our customers to easily create and manage a dealership website. We'd like it to be client/server based. A single database would hold all cars for all clients and the layout for the car listings would be the same for all clients except for allowing clients to adjust colors to match their preferences. Their homepage, headers and footer would be unique while the rest is pulled from the database. The setup of the site should be such that all pages of the site appear under the site's own domain name as if everything was local to that domain. The desktop portion would be used by each customer for 100% of site admin such as site changes, etc. and of their account and inventory management such as adding pictures of cars, etc. We'd like this to be a basic start to a much bigger solution with more features down the road and would like it setup so when those additional features come, we can make them immediately available to our clients through the desktop application Qualified coders please contact us for further details.
