Asp/Access project

I would like to buy a well designed web application that comes with readme files (ascci), users manual (word format), installation docs.. access database and asp/html files It must come with a set of pre-tested ways of connection to the database and stylesheets that is easy to modify. The application can by anything from a guestbook to a portal application or link database or whatever project you have been working on. Design, GUI, functionality and admin pages is more important than the content of the application. You should of course have had a global marked in mind when you made it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows, NT4, W2K, IIS, ASP, ACCESS Application with [login to view URL] files, users manual and all stuff needed for a fully packaged product.
