Architect - Tech Leader - Online Database and Reporting

This is a project for a Technical Lead to take over an existing project and see it through to completion. You will not be doing the actual coding but rather you will be the project manager who selects coders on RAC and oversee their work and give them directions, check their work, and see the work to completion. This document contains an overview only of the entire project. The first stage of this project is to gather a deep understanding of the entire project, and then to communicate (chat) closely with us and document the remaining requirements for the parts of the project that remain unfinished. (The documents you make will be the final architecture for each part of the site, specify the technologies required, and constitute the bid documents we will place on RAC. You can only create these documents by discussion the project with us in depth, so you can understand exactly what we want.) You are bidding for stage one only, which is still the planning / requirement architecture stage. After this is complete, we will then place a bid for stage two, which will be for the managing coders to implement the work. This project has, however, already started so you will need to get an understanding of where we are at now, so you can take over from here. ## Deliverables The following tasks have been completed: • Database design (that meets initial requirements) • Partial UI for client screen for report graphing (See [login to view URL]) • UI (see [login to view URL]) o UI for managing filters/filter values (create/update/delete) o UI for managing section types (create/update/delete) o UI for managing staff (create/update/delete) The following tasks will need to be completed/overseen by you in conjunction with other coders you select on RAC. • Admin pages: o Manage filter groups o Manage distribution lists, emails o Manage report settings (frequency of distribution etc) o Update contact details (alert administrator of old+new details) o Any new admin pages for new requirements specified in this doc/later • Main MediaItem data entry screen o Enter all item data o Flag a question • Activity Link - more details at end of document- Gathering understanding through online chats, documenting requirements, preparing bid for RAC.
