ASP add a couple new pages to site

Read full post under "detailed requirements" I have an online enrollment process with an option of credit counseling or debt settlement. The last coder forgot to allow the user to choose which option they would like, currently only the credit counseling option appears after enrollement. I need that fixed. A user starts on the main page of [login to view URL] inputs their info, goes to /debtapp/[login to view URL] they can choose to continue with their quote from there... /enroll/[login to view URL] input more info and a few more pages.... on page /enroll/[login to view URL] there should be a button at the bottom of the page, Choose Monthly payment of $xxxx (Option 1) or Choose Monthly payment of $xxxx (Option 2) and then continue to /enroll/[login to view URL] ... Read more below in detailed description.... ## Deliverables **** When they get to /enroll/[login to view URL] there needs to be new page created specific to debt settlement /enroll/[login to view URL] is made for credit counseling option 1 only. The page should look the same, but have the debt settlement monthly payment amount instead of the credit counseling payment if they chose option 2. /enroll/[login to view URL] same thing, needs to be specific if the user chose option 2, currently only shows info for option 1. The look and feel and functions should be the same, where they can add additional creditors or delete/change info ect... if they add more creditors, it clearly needs to change or update their payment amount ect.... The other thing i'd like to have done which should be very simple, is change the template, I have changed the template on the main page and many other pages already, but in the enrollment pages I have not so I'd like to keep all the same content and functions, just change the graphics to look like the main page. Also the CSS where the tabs are "home" "free quote" ect... isn't working in IE9, works ok in IE8 but not 9, that needs to be fixed also.
