I need the ability to turn ASP pages into a PDF file. We have a database driven survey that user's must fill out. User's may fill out several surveys before submitting their entire results. All results are stored in the database. We need to be able to turn their results into PDF form.
Here is a sample of one of the surveys with the questions and user's answers being pulled from the database and displayed. Each survey has its own unique FormID.

The PDF must have the questions and the user's answers as well and be able to display several surveys in one PDF. I can provide the asp code for the file above.
I would like the code to be in ASP (vbscript).
