ASP.Net upload EXCEL file data to SQL Table

I would like someone to add an upload file control to an existing page to accept a .xls Excel file. If the excel file does not have the correct format, a rejection message should be shown. If the format is correct, then the data from the excel worksheet should be transferred to the database. It is a one-to-one transfer with no manipulation. The excel sheet will have part numbers and 26 forecast numbers. You will need to lookup the part ID from a lookup table and insert the part ID along with the 26 forecast numbers into the forecast table. This needs to be done for each part ID in the uploaded Excel file.
