Cutenews, Additional Fields/ plugin

Cutenews is a very nice news script... it use txt database instead of mysql (prefer CuteNews 1.3.6) but i dont mind if you can only do it with the latest version what i want is Additional adding page difrent from the news add page i want two diferent adding form page with fields like Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Thumb etc... must be simple for who nows php :)
