Custom Voting Plugin/Theme for Wordpress

I am wanting a custom voting wordpress plugin that will give me the following: 1. Subscriber to be able to submit news link from another site 2. Link submission pulls story and choice of image from original post into new post for this theme 3. All subscriber to be able to vote 1st between two icons (democrat, republican) 4. All subscriber to be able to rate each post 1 to 10 2nd 5. 6 total pages 1. Home pages that shows all top rated post based on 1 to 10 voting 2. Democrat page that shows all top rated post based on 1 to 10 voting and selected democrat icon 3. Republican page that shows all top rated post based on 1 to 10 voting and selected republican icon 4. Kumbaya page that shows top rated posts based on 1 to 10 voting where top posts are agreed on by dem/rep 5. Ruckus page that shows top rated posts based on 1 to 10 voting where there is the greatest discrepency between votes of the two groups (ie. a post that has a 9.7 average for all users who select democrat icon versus 2.1 average for all users who select republican icon) 6. Live Feed page that shows most recent post submitted with available filter by keyword 6. Page layout to have one side bar with search widget, post (hyperlink) submission widget, & ad-space 7. Footer to have related post 8. Wordpress admin console to assist me in managing page
