Conversion from PSD to Wordpress

We need an experienced WP developer to convert the PSD file into a fully-functional wordpress theme.
The final theme must be
- compatible with the latest WP (3.0.2)
- compatible with multiple browsers
- Dropdown menu for the pages with subcategories
- widget ready
- Flash or Jquery animation needed in the homepage
==> JPEG of the template attached for reference
This is for a car dealer so the inner pages has to be done more creatively.
This has to be done within a day.
Payment will be done via escrow once the completed theme has been received as per our requirement.
