CS-Cart SEO Modification

Hello Ladies and Gentleman, CS-Cart have at the moment some problems with seo. We need to modifiy the Software that the following problems are solved. The Solution should be a addon, because we would like to get in future updates from cs-cart direct and therefore the updates dont may overwrite the modification. 1. We need only unique content, google dont allow double content and the shop create mass double content. here can you see a sample [login to view URL] 2. The shop havent at the moment different url´s for each language: example what we like. The search engine robots may only see the seo-friendly links like this [login to view URL] 3. SEO then we would not like that the filter links google indexing example: [login to view URL];features_hash=P1 4. SEO The News pages must have all seo-friendly links 5. SEO The website dont may have double content url´s example: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 6. SEO The Tag´s should be possible have a another format (seo-friendly) for the urls too for example at the moment: [login to view URL];tag=Books we would like to have [login to view URL] (this only on en language) [login to view URL] (this only on de language) [login to view URL] It should be have the option for uppercase letters in urls example: at the moment: [login to view URL] after modification: [login to view URL] 7. The complete shop must have ready for perfect google positions. Also all seo-friendly urls (links) no double content and the other things. 8. Then the shop must have the option that all new Users are "Customer" as Membership not "no member" 9. maybe you must to change .htaccess file, but we are not the profi. 10.
