Code design for e-commerce cart

Hello, I need someone to code a ready web site design to an e-commerce cart template. I want to use oscommerce. Technical data: It's a 10 pages web site that will showcase the products, it will have multiple images of the product subtypes that someone can click on and it will open up into a larger window. An example product is a lamp with different colors and different type of glass - matte and transparent. I will have for the same product more pictures from which someone can choose the color and the glass type, enter the quantity and put it in the shopping cart. I also need to be able to insert a description and price. The shopping cart should will be ready for credit card or paypal. So, I need a proposal on creating the design template - I will provide you with the design and set up the shopping cart. I will insert the products pictures, description and prices. Good luck.
