Hi,

I have following requirements-

I want you to make one chat application which have one logged in user with agent.

1-Home screen should ask user pnr number .so that app should receive automatically all user details on the basis of pnr no.

2-Immediately nearest station agent should ping user and start chatting and save that user issues and send to some other web service with all user issue details.

3-So basically App should expose four service -A) To get information on basis of pnr no B)To chat with Agent C)To send user issues to some service(which will collect from user after chatting with him) D)To store all this interaction into log service.
