Need Assistance with Wordpress Website. Only 3 Errors That needs to be solved.

Hello, I already have a working website but all I need hands with three small problems. 1)Set Up Ad Block Detector and force users to Disable it. (A plugin can do) 2)Create An Advertise on the page, such as whenever someone tries to Play/Pause the Video It redirects to a pop-up/under ads. 3)Set up a live public chat- Chatango or any other free service. Needs to be done in 2 hours.
