Hello, We have done similar project for one of our client to manage his Photographic Studio. The concept is same as your requirement and they are using since last 1 year with ease. The project will be online site where you can manage the products and stock from anywhere. Additional expense of POS machine is not required. Basic Desktop will do the work with a printer. We would provide you the admin panel where the admin will have the access to all the forms to add delete and update products and maintain database. The user(based on his role) will have the access to print the bill according to items purchased. Also you can manage branches if you have any or planned to grow your business. Hi. I have studied your requirement of having a billing software in which you can generate bills and print it. You don't want to invest too much on the software, that is understood. So, for that, the best solution is to make a small Microsoft Access Application which will : 1) Allow you have a item master with cost. 2) Allow you to generate bills and print them and then store the transaction in the data file. 3) Print sales report whenever required. For this budget, you can have this basic functionality. You would not be able to have detailed inventory or advanced functions. But the basic bill generation could be done.
