Hello, I can write a c# program (1 form, open file dialog, save file dialog and process button). For TXT to PDF I can have 2 solutions: 1) Simply use pdfsharp (opensource, faster) to process and save. 2) Write my own code using common PDF specs. I can provide the source code and binary files.
