Account Creator Bot

I need a program in c# which will open account on 40 different sites using the details from data base, with following points 1) The application will open minimum 2 site same time 2) After finishing all sites the application will show on how many sites the account is opened successfully 3)If user add wrong captcha the application should allow user to add captcha again 4)If any site is not working are any site is slow then , another should not get affected,Need to use proper timer,& delay If you can finish this project successfully I am having next 8 project with 40 sites in each & you just need to reuse the code.
