We currently use AyaNova as our workorder application and we have the additional QBI application that allows a completed workorder to be directly transferred into a Quickbooks invoice. This includes any travel time, labor, and parts that are identified in the workorder. We would like to modify this API so that technician travel and labor are no longer sent directly to an invoice but instead populate the technician's payroll timecard. We would also need travel mileage to populate the Quickbooks vehicle mileage section. Inventory parts and misc. parts from AyaNova would still need to populate the Quickbooks invoice. We use customer job names in Quickbooks that contain the AyaNova workorder number so the application would need to pull the workorder number, customer name, technician travel, mileage, labor and parts from each AyaNova workorder and transfer this data to the Quickbooks database associated with the Technician's timecard and with the Vehicle mileage. We currently use SQL server 2003 for the AyaNova database.
