C#.NET E-Commerce / Affiliate Tracking

We have an immediate opening for an experienced C#.Net Web programmer with MS SQL experience to help us clean up and complete our unique web application. Our previous development firm has left us with a half completed C#/SQL web application that lacks any administration functions and the e-commerce modules are not properly working. We are faced with either building the site from scratch, or modifying all the current modules in addition to building proper administration tools and reporting. We have all the source code and are looking for someone who has the following knowledge:
C#
MS Sql Server 2008

PayPal API for single transactions and monthly subscriptions
Google Analytic API for Reporting
Google Maps API
Twitter API
Facebook API
Implementing multiple level affiliate program with signup, tracking and reporting
Candidate must be available to work and collaborate during US working hours (8AM-6PM PST).
Phase 1 - Discovery of Current Code and Data structure and API interfaces
Phase 2 - Consulting with the company to advise what to keep and what to start over on
Phase 3 - Execution of new plan under the direction and prioritization of the companies needs.
The best candidate will be someone with experience programming to [url removed, login to view] and Affiliate Programs.
The position does not have a duration and can turn into a full time position with the right candidate.
We are not looking for the cheapest bidder, we are looking for the best match and the pay will be based on the current market rates depending on experience.
